The Jardin Botanico Nacional is on Av. Republica de Colombia, Urbanizacion Los Rios. I was there around 9 am, and they told me they close at 5 pm. I payed 0.5 $ , but I saw more than 300 types of orchids, aquatic plants, and a beautiful Japanese garden ! So nice :)
