The average price I payed for cinema tickets in Santo Domingo is close to 4 USD, some cinemas have discounts Mondays and Wednesday, the performance time are around 5 pm to 10 pm. New releases are coming out every Thusday. I recommend 2 of the cinemas I've been: Brodway Cinema ( Plaza Central Mall, at 3rd floor, Av 27 de Febrero esq Winston Churchilll) and Palacio del Cine Cinemas (Bella Vista Mall, Av Sarasota).
