Is the taxi expensive in Punta Cana?(give a different answer) .
The taxi is not so cheap in Punta Cana. I payed from the airport to the Hotel around 20 $, and a friend told me he went in the village near, with 40 $. The taxi have rates, per zones: in the city, outside the city. You can ask your Reception in the Hotel for the prices, or ask the driver.
