My holiday budget is very small. How do i get from Punta Cana to Higuey, in a cheap way ?(give a different answer) .
I had the same problem when I was in Punta Cana for vacation, because I didnt want to pay around 40$ from Punta to Higuey.
So, a local told me to wait in the street and to wave when I see a Bus called Guagua, that will take me to destination for 50 Pesos.
