Yes, I saw this technique of selling something to the tourists, non-stop, in Punta Cana. The vendors hurres you in the markets and on the street . It's so annoying! And you know what I did ? I bought everything I needed from the hotel's shop and maybe I payed more, but it's at least less hassle.
