Do I need to bring with me the antibacterial cream I use normally in Punta Cana ?(give a different answer) .
It's not a bad idea to bring all the creams and medicine you need, while you will be in Punta Cana, main reason being the huge price there. Secondly the sand is rough on some beaches because there corals and you can get hurt. or some insect can bite you.
