Well, I must tell you that you will not find many internet cafes in the center of Punta Cana :)
I managed to find a place, with an Internet cafe in the lobby: Hotel Melia Caraibe Tropical.
For 30 min I payed around 2 usd if I remember well. Don't know of any other places.
