Some guy offered me cigars on the streets of Punta Cana. Is it safe to buy from them ?(give a different answer) .
From my experience I can tell you that it is not safe at all to buy the cigars from the street . Some people make them from banana leaves, or some can be stolen from the factory. I guess you never know. A real cigar is about 8$. If someone gives it to u for 3 $, then something is wrong.
