Yes, LTI is the short name for the LTI Beach Resort, in Punta Cana.
The hotel is on Carretera Arena Gordo Road and my sister stayed there last summer. I've seen some photos and the place looks very nice. Big rooms , clean, you can check out : http://www.lti.de/englisch/domrep.html. The only problem she told me about was the fact that 90% of the tourists there are German, the owner being from Germany.
