Sure, Marina is called Puerto Blanco and you can see many boats and yachts in the harbour. If you take a taxi from Puerto Plata will take you there with 3 Usd and if you choose a motoconchos they charge less than 1 usd. A catamaran cruise cost 45 usd /person.
