Having some troubles with my orientation I asked the taxi service about the tourist office in Puerto Plata, so the taxi driver left me at the far est end of the Malecon, in the little park. Actually the office is in the same building as the tourist police, at this address Playa Long Beach, the phonenumber is 809-586-3676.
