There is Crazy Moon, a popular bar and disco, that offered me some cool nights in my vacation at Puerto Plata. The crazyness starts from 10 pm until 4 am, and brings a mix of merengue, salsa and international pop music and there are planty of Dominicans ready to teach you how to dance.
